From start to finish, my experience with Team Enoch was top notch. They responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and were able to get me on the schedule to have my hot water heater serviced. They communicated very well with reminders about the appointment and texting with an ETA the day of the service. When David arrived that morning, he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He got me back up and running quickly and he offered great tips about ongoing maintenance of my equipment. I will keep Team Enoch in mind for any future repair needs, and I highly recommend others to give them a try.

After a massive headache dealing with multiple HVAC companies who gave me dishonest pitches, Cameron in the sales department at Team Enoch was an absolute godsend. It took me two weeks to make up my mind, but he was completely patient, explained everything perfectly, and never once pressured or lied to me. He guided me through selecting a top-of-the-line David Lennox 2-ton and 5-ton system and held my hand right up until install day.
However, things went sideways when the initial installation crew arrived on a Friday in early July. They completely botched the job, only managed to install the 5-ton unit, and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't cut on. I was left with a hot house over the weekend, a garage full of equipment, and empty promises from a tech named Devon who lied and said he would return Saturday—only for me to find out they don't dispatch weekend crews unless you are on a maintenance plan. I was furious and ready to tell them to come haul their equipment away. Everything changed early Tuesday morning when "Big Jeff" (Jeff Lara, Field Install Supervisor) and Michael Brown (Install Technician) stepped in to save the project. Jeff is an absolute master of his craft. He diagnosed and fixed the 5-ton issue within 10 minutes of walking inside. David Lennox systems are the Neiman Marcus of HVAC, and Jeff treated them with that exact level of respect and knowledge. He then seamlessly completed the highly complex 2-ton installation. When a manufacturer thermostat turned out to be defective at the very end, Jeff knew it instantly and clearly explained the next steps. To top it off, these young men were true gentlemen, even helping move my packages out of the garage.
To make matters worse, once I purchased their Gold Maintenance Warranty Plan, a technician from their maintenance department came out and completely botched the maintenance on my other, older AC system. Once again, Big Jeff and Michael had to come out to my home and fix another department's total mess on that unit as well. Team Enoch seriously needs to promote Jeff and Michael to train the other technicians across all their departments. I am very detailed myself and cannot tolerate technicians who are ill-prepared for challenges. Because I am so thoroughly unsatisfied with the other technicians, I will not allow anyone else from this company to come out to my home now.
Team Enoch never hassled me about billing during these hiccups; their sole priority was making sure I was happy. Jeff and Michael completely turned a 1-star disaster into a 5-star success, and they are the only reason I would use Team Enoch again!

This is the 2nd time I use Team Enoch’s service and their service is excellent from initial contact to scheduling and the finished service quality. The 1st time I use them for installing Tesla home charger and 2nd time is for a dripping and aged outdoor faucet. I like their lighting speedy service to contact with you almost instantly once you make the contact online. They also provide you a quote once they know the service you need. No any hidden cost and they keep you posted the day before the appointment as week as the status update during the allotment day. I highly recommend it to others and I am ready to use their service again for my back yard aged faucet replacement.

Doing business with Team Enoch was a pleasure. From their sales, technicians, and follow up teams. They were never pushy or aggressive with their sales. They gave a good deal and fair negotiation. Shout-out to Bobby and Marvin that did the complete A/C system replacement in 9 hours. They worked non stop with excellent craftsmanship. It’s hard to find even good craftsmanship now a days. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’d personally recommend those 2 gentleman to friends and family. A gas line broke while installing the furnace and they quickly fixed it and verified no leaks. My wife and 2 pets stayed home during the installation and she felt comfortable the entire time. I’ll continue to do business with Team Enoch.

I had an excellent experience with Team Enoch. Alan and Tony dio fantastic work. Alan communicateo the day before to make sure he know the scope of the job. He and Tony were on time, professional and quick.
I also found their pricing to be very competitive. I would not hesitate calling on them for my next project.
