5/5 stars simply because Brian the maintenance man is the goat. This man keeps this place running and life as a tenant comfortable. Responds quickly to maintenance issues and even quicker for emergencies. Thank you Brian!!! You are so appreciated!!!

After spending 8 years in this complex I feel like all the new ownership cares about is getting more intrest from my deposit. It has been over 30 days since I have moved out and I still have not received my deposit back. I have been waiting especially since I had to pay over double a standard amount..

i want to recognize Alyson, Connor and Chris, for going above and beyond for me. I had a unexpected situation that carried over into the weekend, and they all stepped in immediately to help me get into my apartment, and made sure i was okay. Their compassion and willingness to help made a huge difference. I am very thankful for them and the way they take care of residents.

I have enjoyed living at Oakland Pointe apartments for 6 years. I appreciate that internet and most utilities are included in the rental cost. So far I have not needed maintenance very often but, when I do, they are quick to respond and get the work done.

I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team at Oakland Pointe! Chris responded quickly to my maintenance request and fixed my window promptly and professionally.

From start to finish, the process was smooth. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and had everything repaired efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing that maintenance issues are handled quickly and with care.

I truly appreciate their responsiveness and quality work. Great service makes a big difference, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for taking care of it so fast!
