Friendly enough, accommodating to our schedule. All seemed good until they required us to give them our photo ID to hold before we could tour an apartment. They already had our name, email, phone. There is no reason why they need to physically take possession of my drivers license and hold onto it during the tour. Very suspicious, so we walked away without doing the tour.

Very nice facility and apartment homes. Jordan was very professional and kind. She was thorough in explaining all of the costs and showcasing all of the amenities provided at this property. She also shared that she lives at the facility and has first hand knowledge of how things really are, which I found comforting and helpful.

There is a big tree area that they don’t take care of so bugs have crawled in through the pipes. Not PTSD friendly as they have heavy doors that are constantly slamming. The trash is a far walk. The floors that are hardwood are giving repeat splinters. Maintenance likes to bang on doors and enter with 30-60 seconds. They put misc charges on your account and it’s outstanding that they don’t include on your rent. Management is very unorganized.The walls are the thinnest walls I’ve ever lived in. You can hear everything. These apartments are loud.

Nice apartments for couples! My partner and I have plenty of space, it’s honestly bigger than other places we’ve seen, and we feel super comfortable here. Huge shoutout to Dave, who takes such great care of our building. He’s the best!

i’ve lived here for 4.5 years now and the maintenance guy - David J - has always been super kind, courteous, and helpful when we’ve needed him. He always communicates with us about if hes coming or going or when we were waiting ages on a part to show up for our washer, he kept us updated and was super nice the whole time.
