The worker tonight was throwing away product as I parked. They had nothing left except stale items that looked like they were made that morning. They refused to make a fresh batch of even just cinnamon roll bites. Would never return to this location.

Really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I’m not sure if the man working was the manager or owner, but the way he handled the situation was extremely inconsiderate.

After giving items away without first checking with the customers who were already waiting to purchase, instead of trying to make the situation right or even acknowledging the inconvenience, his response was basically, “oh well.”

Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but how you respond to a customer afterward makes a huge difference. A simple apology or an attempt to help would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, his attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse and made it seem like keeping a paying customer simply wasn’t important.

I had such a great experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels! The ladies working were incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond with their customer service. You can tell they take pride in what they do the service was amazing from start to finish. And of course, the pretzels were absolutely delicious! Everything I purchased was fresh and tasted so good including the slushy, which was super refreshing. Overall, such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back thank you for the great service and tasty treats!

The service of this restaurant is phenomenal. The women working there was so kind and even gave us a free pizza bite. The food tasted fresh and flavorful. Overall, an amazing restaurant.

YUMMY LITTLE PIZZA BITES! I’m a fan of this Wetzel’s Pretzels as it’s brought new energy to Hemet’s Walmart and the pretzel community. I stopped by today for a treat and bought a cup of pepperoni pretzel bites! I gobbled them up so fast I was amazed with myself. They weren’t greasy or burnt, they were just right!

Service was good, the lady at the register was pleasant, not to mention she had samples at the ready! I tried their cinnamon bites, I highly recommend them! My only complaint would be that they didn’t have the regular pepperoni pretzels ready. I didn’t have time to wait today, so I opted for the bites which are just as good.

The ambiance was family-friendly, I also found the shop to be clean. I’ll be back obviously!

Note: My pizza bites were $7
