I loved my experience at this location. Big shout out to Jorge who was super polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Dan I think was the manager who approved my big transaction request, and was genuinely kind and helpful. Generally, I love PNC bank, my husband and I recently moved our financials to PNC after being a long time BofA folks. And this location specifically does a great job with customer service. Scheduled a meeting online for 12:30 on my lunch break. Arrived at 12:20, and have been sat waiting for 20 minutes. (Was just told it would be an additional 10-15 minutes and that I could make an appt. Which I already did.) There is another man who got here before me (no clue how long he’s been waiting). There are 2 bankers here, and while one did get up to greet me upon walking in. Poor on PNC to have them understaffed. The women working do seem very nice. I don’t understand why it allowed me to make an appt for today if this was going to be the case.

Update - it’s 1:10 and I’m leaving. Someone came in and asked if they were hiring and they’re not. Also another person came who had a 1:00 appt who is going to be seen before me.

I went in to print out a bank statement needed to get a replacement ID at the DMV before they close.. After 10 minutes of trying to prove I am who I am to the teller with only an expired passport, my debit card, my social security card, and performing a 2 factor authenticion real time, she still hasn't been able to print the needed document proving my address. By that time, the dmv was closing. I understand that was my problem, but she didn't help when she easily could've, as I was the only customer in the bank. After closing so many branches closing, I wonder if it's time to find a friendlier bank.

I don’t know why the rating is so low. Cari is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about all the products and helped me get an extra $400 bonus. She is very warm and welcoming and made my day just now. I would bank with them just because of her.
