The windshield on my 2003 Nissan Frontier cracked from a rock if guess. It expanded quickly after a few hot days. I was able to make an appointment from Safelite to come to my house the next day and have it replaced. The technician arrived almost an hour early and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and the performance of the technician. Plus I have a new windshield on my old truck! Awesome!

My technician did a great job repairing my windshield and treated my car like it was his. Front desk was fine with my interaction but overheard a phone call that I would not have been happy with on the other end. Take from that what you will.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. Based on how she treated us we will not be returning. I've always gone to Louis auto glass (now safelite) but now I will find another place to go. The technician was very friendly and informative on our questions. If this company actually values their customers then they'd remove her from the front office. I recommend going literally anywhere else if you want to be treated with respect.

**Update - it rained today and the windshield is leaking like stink. I called Safelite and they are telling me that we cannot get anything done until next week and we have to go to the facility to get it fixed. I tried to get relief through Safelite customer care but they are closed (before 5p on a Thursday). I cannot reach the local office because the only listed number goes to Safelite corporate. We are now on the phone with our insurance company. In the meantime the car has to be garaged so that no further damage to the interior occurs.

I am glad that others have had good experiences with this Safelite location. Unfortunately I cannot say the same.

I had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday (7/11) between 8a-12p. The technician, Kyle, contacted us about 8:30 and advised that he would be at our home around 1p, outside of our appointment window. We asked if there was any way to prioritize as we had an emergency situation at one of our properties but the technician was not able to accommodate and we understood that.

When Kyle had not arrived by 1:15p I contacted Safelite's main customer service number; they transferred me to the local office in Mt. Vernon but the phone went unanswered. I called back again and asked them to do a warm transfer to ensure someone was on the phone and when I was connected I spoke to Renee at this location. Renee presented as very irritated by my call and quite rude, like I was bothering her and she wanted me to know just how much I was bothering her. I let her know that we were waiting for Kyle so that we could take off and check on our property and asked for an ETA. Renee stated she would call Kyle and have him contact us.

When Kyle did show up, after 2:30p, he advised that he was told by Renee to expect hostility from us. While I was upset about the technician being 2.5 hours late, I deeply resent that I was labeled as hostile. I approached that conversation as assertive, requesting explanation for the tardiness of the technician and an estimate for arrival, not hostile like she portrayed me to be.

With the 3 hour timeframe to complete the appointment and the appointment not starting until after 2:30p, we were unable to go and check on our property, located 3 hours away.

Safelite Mt. Vernon, please coach your representatives that customer experience is important, that this type of delay is not acceptable, that customers can justifiably be upset about this type of delay, and that it is the representatives' responsibility to focus on relationship repair over blame and and name-calling.

So much better than the service I received in Everett on 128th. Should've known better than to go to Everett. I cancelled my appointment after they greeted me with a foul attitude and rescheduled for here after I saw they have good ratings.
Much better experience. Great service all around, nice roomy wait area with complimentary coffee and water, restroom and they even have a kids play room. Very welcoming and professional service I'll definitely be back.
