We were originally very pleased with the service and installation. The follow-up requests for service and help have been ignored. After several weeks no one has contacted us about our problem. We were told to keep our shades down and the shades would REDUCE the temperature on our porch by 10 degrees. The opposite has happened and our porch now reaches 112+ With the shades down. Nothing will grow in this HOT house!

Our Texas Rolling Screens were installed today. We are so happy with our decision to have Texas Rolling Screens provide their expertise and experience to our project. Pricing was surprisingly low considering the quality of the materials utilized. The main office kept us up to date with regard to manufacturing and installation. Our installation crew arrive on time and worked diligently until completion. They explained the use of the remote controls. I highly recommend this company. From sales to install this was a seamless project. Our home is appreciatively cooler with our screens!

We interviewed three companies and chose Texas Rolling Shutters & Screens (TRSS). Every company was informative, however, we simply chose Mike Robalin after he spent plenty of time explaining the product. Aimee and Tarina were always responsive to our questions in the office and kept us up to date throughout the order process. Jacob and Samuel were the installers and they were very thorough and careful while installing the rolling screens. Great company and product. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience with Texas Rolling Shutters & Screens! Mike was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The installers were true professionals—on time, efficient, and clearly experienced.

We absolutely love our new enclosed patio. It turned out even better than we imagined, and it’s now our favorite spot to relax.

Would we recommend them? 100%.
Any regrets? No regerts. 😄
