This is a genuine individual sharing a true experience. I bought my home just under a year ago. I was informed that the A/C would need replacing, yet it still functions well. However, dealing with hot flashes while the Florida heat is about to kick in is not a pleasant mix for me. I had another technician come out, but I suspect he was undermining my system since I had to call him back every three months. I don't know much about A/C units other than how to turn them on and off, but I sensed something was off. I did a quick Google search and found Team Enoch AC repair. I went through the reviews and was quite impressed. So, I reached out and left a message for a callback. Michael returned my call, and I explained what I needed. He assured me that I was in capable hands. He mentioned he could send someone to assess my A/C to determine if it could be repaired or if I truly needed a new one. The following day, Mr. Ervin came to inspect my unit. It was quite dirty, contrary to what the previous company had claimed. Ervin was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. He told me, "If you were my sister, I would advise you to get a new one, as cleaning and replacing it will cost you a lot of money." I have my elderly mother to care for, so I had to consider her needs. After my visit with Ervin, Michael called me back. He provided me with an estimate for three units and offered financing options. My anxiety kicked in, but surprisingly, the company Michael connected me with was very accommodating and made me feel welcomed. They walked me through every step, called me before the installation, during the installation, and after it was completed. My two technicians, Juan V. and Reginal H., were very professional; they kept the mess to a minimum and educated me about my new system. I am now the proud owner of a Goodman AC and I'm ready for the heat.

If I were to recommend a company, without a doubt, TEAM ENOCH would be at the top of my list. Thank you for your professionalism and for treating me with such respect. My heat flashes thank you as well!!

What to say! We were in a bind as our unit finally stopped after 13 years. Relizing that this would be a large expense and recently going through a hardship, we knew we would need financing in order to get a new unit. We were having a hard time finding someone to assist after multiple contacts with several HVAC companies.

When Cameron from Enoch reached out I thought this would end the same way, but I was wrong! They suggested a couple of ways and one worked! Everything was ready to go and scheduled to be installed the very next day.

The techs on service day, Nate and Desh were absolutely outstanding—true 5-star service from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they really know their stuff.

They worked efficiently but didn’t cut corners, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. On top of that, they were friendly, respectful of my home, and just genuinely great to deal with.

The follow up contact with Will a few hours after the install was a nice bonus. A quick check in to see if we had any questions and if the unit was all good. This is what we call unreasonable hospitality in my field. That slight touch that goes a bit above and beyond the norm.

It’s not often you come across a company who combine skill, honesty, and great customer service this well. Highly recommend Enoch to anyone needing HVAC work!

I am very glad to have picked Team Enoch as the company to upgrade my air conditioning system. They worked well with me and explained everything as far as the difference between units, the installation process and made sure I was happy and knowledgeable with the new system. The installers we amazing. They came on time were very professional and clean. For what they had to do you would never know that type of work was actually done. The area was clean, the only way you knew there was work done was the new system. The installers were personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Team Enoch. After looking through different companies we decided to go with Team Enoch. We had a great experience with them. They explained our options for our new a/c. Pricing was up front and accurate. We were extremely happy with the 3 techs who installed our system. They worked very diligently and did not waste time. They overcame some errors made by department who stocked their trucks and miscommunication between sales rep and myself without hesitation. The lead tech Luis Rivera was very knowledgeable and could accept and understand installation requests from my husband who was himself a tech but is now retired. Nathaniel and Stephen were also very good and together they were an effective team. They cleaned up all the mess as if it had never happened. Can highly recommend Enoch for all air conditioning replacement.

My end-to-end experience was solid. We needed to replace an aging AC system including 40 year old ductwork which was in disrepair. Stephen responded almost instantaneously to my request and Nate came to my home to prepare an estimate. Cameron promptly answered questions about the quote and clarified key points. Placing the equipment deposit and scheduling the work was very straightforward.

For the installation, Steven & Luis were exceptional - with an assist from Dre. They were polite and communicated well with us from the beginning. They were very diligent in completing both days of activity and coordinated well with our schedules as well as other contractors we had onsite.

They raised any complications with me and worked through all to solid resolution. I specifically appreciated the attention to my question about permits & inspections and the call I received from Sean after the first day’s work on this topic.

I am pleased with the craftsmanship and cleanliness and the test run we just completed for both heating & cooling seem to provide solid results.

Finally, I appreciate Customer Service Manager Jessica’s prompt follow-up with me to ensure I’m happy with the outcome and collect feedback on how it went. She was very responsive and helpful in closing out the key details for the project.

I had quotes from several contractors. Overall, I'm glad I selected Team Enoch for this work and sincerely appreciate the work that Steven, Luis and the large team behind them did to make this great work happen quickly. For such a large team it is sometimes challenging to coordinate these activities between so many people, but Team Enoch did it extremely well. I would use them again without hesitation.
