First time client at Pawfect today. My goldendoodle needed a full grooming. I am very appreciative of the consideration given upon arrival to our appointment. Elsie listened to my concerns and what I wanted for Marlo. She is a true professional and I’m happy we discovered another great dog grooming artist. Thank you!

Incredibly professional and deeply knowledgeable about breed-specific grooming needs and how they should look (either for showing or just standard grooming).

They walked us through how our dog’s coat grows and gave us great maintenance tips for home, even showing us the right tools to use and didn't do it in a sales-y way. Just genuinely seemed to want to teach us.

The groom itself was outstanding. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely continue to bring our terrier.

Took my 7 old month puppy to have his first ever hand stripping and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Elsie & team not only knew what they were doing (which is not that easy to find), but also sent mr pictures throughout the process to ensure my desired results were met. They took a chewed toothbrush and returned a little gentleman!💕

Five stars is not high enough a rating! Elsie and the team are absolutely fantastic! Our Border Terrier requires hand stripping, and has sensitive skin. He also had a previous bad grooming experience, which left him scared to go in. At Pawfect Spa, he was not only beautifully groomed, but clearly treated extremely well--when we picked him up, he was is normal, happy, tail-wagging self! An absolute first for him post grooming! Excellent customer service and communication, professional, knowledgeable, and kind--if you want exceptional and highly professional top-class grooming for your fur baby, Pawfect Spa is for you!

Love this place! Highly recommended. Elsie and her team are fantastic. Brought my 9 month old Cavapoo for a full groom service I couldn’t be happier with the results.

We had such a wonderful experience with Pawfect. We are beyond happy with the grooming service for our dog. The team went above and beyond—they took care of so many little details, including things we didn’t even think of ourselves. You can really tell they genuinely care about the dogs and take pride in their work.

Most importantly, our dog absolutely loved the staff and felt comfortable the whole time, which means everything to us. We truly appreciate the love, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Elsie and Pawfect Spa highly enough! Very few groomers have the skills and experience to hand strip. Elsie stripped our Border Terrier from a blowout scruffy beaver to a gorgeous breed standard coat. She was honest and forthcoming about the time and cost required. She was gentle but efficient with the grooming and our border seemed calm through the process. She came out looking gorgeous.

This was our first visit to Pawfect Spa and it was excellent. We only had a nail trim, however Fergus is normally not very good when someone touches his paws/nails. Apparently he felt completely safe and was a perfect boy in their hands. Thank you, we will be back!
