Five stars is not high enough a rating! Elsie and the team are absolutely fantastic! Our Border Terrier requires hand stripping, and has sensitive skin. He also had a previous bad grooming experience, which left him scared to go in. At Pawfect Spa, he was not only beautifully groomed, but clearly treated extremely well--when we picked him up, he was is normal, happy, tail-wagging self! An absolute first for him post grooming! Excellent customer service and communication, professional, knowledgeable, and kind--if you want exceptional and highly professional top-class grooming for your fur baby, Pawfect Spa is for you!

We had such a wonderful experience with Pawfect. We are beyond happy with the grooming service for our dog. The team went above and beyond—they took care of so many little details, including things we didn’t even think of ourselves. You can really tell they genuinely care about the dogs and take pride in their work.

Most importantly, our dog absolutely loved the staff and felt comfortable the whole time, which means everything to us. We truly appreciate the love, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Elsie and Pawfect Spa highly enough! Very few groomers have the skills and experience to hand strip. Elsie stripped our Border Terrier from a blowout scruffy beaver to a gorgeous breed standard coat. She was honest and forthcoming about the time and cost required. She was gentle but efficient with the grooming and our border seemed calm through the process. She came out looking gorgeous.

This was our first visit to Pawfect Spa and it was excellent. We only had a nail trim, however Fergus is normally not very good when someone touches his paws/nails. Apparently he felt completely safe and was a perfect boy in their hands. Thank you, we will be back!
