Nicole was amazing!! She fit us in last minute and was so welcoming & knowledgeable. She spoke to my 5 year old so kindly and talked her through every step of the process. Definitely recommend! She helped me understand the life cycles of lice, and talk me off the ledge. I now like I know more about lice than I ever thought I would!

From the moment we walked in, Nicole was incredibly welcoming and immediately put both me and my daughter at ease. What could have been a stressful and uncomfortable situation felt completely manageable thanks to her calm, kind, and reassuring approach.

She created an environment where my daughter felt comfortable right away, and as a parent, that meant everything to me.
Nicole was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the entire process, even explaining what she was doing and sharing tips about how to check at home.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! She was able to fit us in at a time that worked for us. She saw me and my four children. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left feeling absolutely at ease. One of my kids did end up needing the treating and they absolutely loved it. Will definitely use her again, but hopefully don't have to anytime soon! Highly recommend!

5 stars – Worth Every Penny!

Nicole was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly flexible with our schedule, especially with us being three hours away and needing to reschedule a couple of times. When we arrived, she was warm, friendly, and immediately made us feel at ease. The kids took to her right away. She had plenty of fun activities to keep them busy while their sister was being treated.

She went above and beyond to accommodate us, knowing we had driven a long way. The treatment process itself was simple and stress-free. My daughter actually enjoyed it, and best of all, it worked! It completely solved the issue, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth it, especially compared to wasting time and money on over-the-counter products that don’t really work.

Highly recommend Nicole and her clinic. You won’t regret it!
